Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WpHex and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of your use of the Plugin, or a breach of these Terms.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Plugin after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Governing Law

You may not use the Services and may not accept this Agreement if (a) you are not of legal age to form a binding contract with Hexcoupon, or (b) you are a person barred from receiving the Services under the laws of Bangladesh or other countries including the country in which you are a resident or from which you use the Services.
