Thank you for your purchase of the Hexcoupon plugin. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may be eligible for a refund or return under the following conditions:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Refunds for the Plugin are only eligible under the following circumstances:

  • Major Functionality Issues: If the Plugin fails to perform its basic functions as described and this cannot be resolved by our support team within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Purchased in Error: If the purchase was made accidentally and the Plugin has not been downloaded or activated.
  • Non-Delivery of the Plugin: Due to some mailing issues of your e-mail provider or your own mail server, you do not receive a delivery e-mail from us.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date. Refund requests submitted beyond this period will not be accepted. Late or missing refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

To request a refund, please contact us at info@hexcoupon.com with your order number, the email address used for the purchase, and the reason for requesting a refund. Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Some health and personal care items.

Upon receiving your refund request and after reviewing the circumstances, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

As the Plugin is a digital product delivered via download, there are no physical items to return.

We do not offer exchanges. If you believe you have purchased the wrong product, you are welcome to request a refund and then purchase the correct product.
